Device & Identification Tokens: Push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging) used to send real-time updates about your rental status.

Your personal data is strictly used for the following purposes:

Processing, managing, and confirming your vehicle rental bookings.
Communicating with you regarding vehicle delivery and support (via email or WhatsApp).
Securing your user account through Firebase Authentication.
Sending real-time push notifications regarding your booking updates.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. All user data is securely stored on encrypted Google Firebase cloud infrastructure, utilizing industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols for data in transit.

You have the right to access, rectify, or request the complete deletion of your personal data at any time.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the ELDrive application by navigating to Profile > Delete Account.
